Active items are clothing pieces currently displayed and available for purchase in your store. Inactive items are those you've modelised previously but have temporarily removed from your catalog (seasonal items, past collection, etc.). You only pay for active items - inactive items remain in your account at no charge and can be reactivated anytime.

There are two types of costs: (1) One-time modelisation fee when creating new 3D models (€20/item for Starter, €10/item for Growth), and (2) Monthly subscription + fee for active items beyond your plan limit. Example: Starter plan with 10 existing items + 5 new items = €99 base + (5 × €20) modelisation + (5 × €15) monthly = €269 first month, then €169/month ongoing.

A modelised item is a clothing piece that has been converted into a 3D model for use in the virtual fitting room. This includes tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, and accessories. Each unique SKU or design variation counts as one item (this does not include different sizes or colors of the same design).

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll only pay for active items that exceed your new plan limit.

All previously modelised items remain in your account forever at no additional cost. If you exceed the active item limit of your new plan, you'll pay the per-item rate of that plan (€15/month for Starter, €10/month for Growth) for each extra active item, or you can deactivate some items to stay within your plan limit at no extra charge.

Standard modelisation typically takes 3-5 business days per item. Growth plan customers receive priority processing with 2-3 business day turnaround. Enterprise customers can request custom turnaround times. All times given are subject to complexity and volume.
